Today, we have good news for all the Fawad Khan fans who have been missing him onscreen. Fawad Khan is all set to return to Indian screens with a magical/supernatural fantasy web series on Zee5.
The yet-to-be-titled show also features Fawad’s ‘Zindagi Gulzar Hai’ (popular Pakistani serial) co-star Sanam Saeed. The duo is now reuniting after 8 long years.

About Fawad Khan’s Zee5 Series:
In the show, Fawad plays the role of a single parent – charming but ridden with guilt for what he has lost. With his son, he tries to be every bit the father his own father was and wasn’t. On the other hand, Sanam plays the female lead who is ‘harbouring otherworldly secrets.’ As per the makers, she ‘takes it upon herself to heal, and make whole, everyone who surrounds her’.
As per the statement released by the makers, the untitled show ‘blends together magical realism and supernatural fantasy within a family reunion setting’ and deals with themes of ‘love, loss and reconciliation’.
Directed by Asim Abbasi, the web series has already gone on floors and a major chunk has been shot in Pakistan’s picturesque Hunza Valley.
