Another Bollywood celeb power couple is ready to get on the wedding bandwagon….
Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal have been eager to get hitched but the pandemic has continued to play spoilsport, unfortunately.
Ali had made a romantic, ‘spur-of-the-moment’ proposal to his lady love at the picturesque location of Maldives.
He said – “While we were in the Maldives, I had planned a surprise dinner for her birthday…it was on an island, and we were in the middle of the ocean, so it was very romantic.
I was just sitting there and admiring the beautiful sky and I decided to propose in the moment—it was as clichéd as it could get. It is weird because that’s the kind of thing I used to mock my friends for. I’d tell them that this only happens in movies. But then I was like, ‘Screw it!’ and I just went ahead with something simple. I thought it was kind of cute.”

Aww…doesn’t that make your heart melt? Coming back to their wedding plans – as per the latest Midday report, the lovebirds will be tying the knot in March 2022.
A source told the daily, “The wedding will be a two-city affair — in Mumbai and Delhi, with only close friends and family in attendance.”
The couple is looking at venues in both cities for their summer wedding and will finalize soon.
