Director Sanjay Gupta recently announced his latest film that’s yet to be titled.
He’s also revealed that Bollywood actor Harshvardhan Rane, who was previously seen in ‘Haseen Dillruba’, is going to lead the movie.
This venture, as per a report, is going to be a sports drama and is completely different from what Gupta has directed before. Sanjay has finally revealed the other two leads in this film and we’re all excited!
Meezaan Jafri and Mouni Roy have been roped in to star alongside Harshvardhan Rane in this Gupta directorial! “Jafri and Rane will play the football players in the film while Mouni Roy plays the leading heroine paired opposite Rane. The actors have signed the film and will start shooting for it in the first quarter of next year,” a source informs.
The source then adds, “Sanjay Gupta is embarking on a new journey with this fascinating project and has already begun the prep. He has more or less locked his AD team and will begin the pre-production work from January first week. Ajay G. Rai of Jar Pictures is producing it along with Gupta’s home banner White Feather Films. The film will go on floors in February and release in the third quarter of 2022.“
Harshvardhan Rane is currently working on Nilesh Sahay’s out-and-out actioner Ambush and Mouni Roy will also wrap up Milan Luthria’s Disney+Hotstar series Delhi Sultanate ahead of joining this film.
