Saqib Saleem is basking in success after receiving positive reviews for his performance in ’83’.
The actor had essayed the role of cricketer Mohinder Amarnath in the Kabir Khan directorial.
Saqib will next be seen in the anthology of 5 heart-warming short stories titled ‘Unpaused: Naya Safar’. For the unversed, this is the sequel to the anthology, whereas the first edition was premiered in 2020.
‘Unpaused: Naya Safar’ also features Shreya Dhanwanthary (The Family Man, Scam 1992 fame), Neena Kulkarni and Priyanshu Painyuli (Rashmi Rocket, Bhavesh Joshi Superhero fame), amongst others.
The short films include – 1) ‘Teen Tigada’ – directed by Ruchir Arun – stars Saqib Saleem, Ashish Verma and Sam Mohan in key roles.
2) ‘The Couple’ – directed by Nupur Asthana – features Shreya Dhanwanthary and Priyanshu Painyuli in key roles.
3) ‘Gond Ke Laddu’ – helmed by Shikha Makan – features Neena Kulkarni, Darshana Rajendran and Lakshvir Singh Saran in lead roles.
4) ‘War Room’ – directed by Ayappa KM – stars Geetanjali Kulkarni, Rasika Agashe, Purnanand Wandhekar and Sharvari Deshpande.
5) ‘Vaikunth’ – helmed by Nagraj Manjule – stars Arjun Karche and Hanumant Bhandari in the lead.
