‘Scam 1992: The Harshad Mehta Story’ fame Pratik Gandhi will next be seen in the Disney+ Hotstar series ‘The Great Indian Murder’.
On the other hand, ‘Dangal’ girl Fatima Sana Shaikh is playing Indira Gandhi’s role in Vicky Kaushal starrer Sam Manekshaw’s biopic ‘Sam Bahadur’.
According to a report, Pratik & Fatima have been reportedly roped in to play key roles in the Indian adaptation of the critically acclaimed American anthology ‘Modern Love’.
As the report further suggests, the Hindi version also stars ’83’ actress Wamiqa Gabbi amongst others in key roles. Pratik, Fatima and Wamiqa have been finalized till now and have supposedly shot for their portions as well.
“Each of the actors are helming different directors stories in the anthology. And it’s an exciting line up of directors and actors who have come together. The series was shot late in 2021 and is believed to be releasing soon on the platform.”

Reportedly, several noteworthy directors including Hansal Mehta, Vishal Bhardwaj, Anjali Menon, Alankrita Shrivastava, Dhruv Sehgal, and Shonali Bose will be helming the project.
For the unversed, ‘Modern Love’ – streaming on Amazon Prime Video – has explored love in all its complicated and beautiful forms over its 2 seasons. The Indian adaptation will reportedly be in a similar vein, telling everyday stories about relationships, tugging at your heartstrings with their honesty and simplicity.
