Deepika Padukone will next be seen in filmmaker Shakun Batra‘s upcoming directorial.
Titled ‘Gehraiyaan’, the relationship drama also stars Ananya Panday, Siddhant Chaturvedi, and Dhairya Karwa in key roles.
Jointly produced by Viacom18 Studios, Dharma Productions and Shakun Batra’s Jouska Films, the movie sees Rajat Kapoor and Naseeruddin Shah in pivotal roles.
‘Gehraiyaan’, as described by the director, is a ‘mirror into modern adult relationships’. The film is apparently a romantic noir drama exploring the intricacies of infidelity and love.
The makers have finally dropped the much-awaited trailer of ‘Gehraiyaan‘ today (January 20). In the trailer, we can see Alisha (played by Deepika Padukone) and Karan (played by Dhairya Karwa) are a couple. Tia (played by Ananya Panday) is Alisha’s cousin and a love triangle begins when Tia introduces her fiancé Zain (played by Siddhant Chaturvedi) to Alisha.
