Rajkumar Rao‘s last OTT release ‘Hum Do Humare Do’ starring Kriti Sanon was a huge success and the fans enjoyed it.
Now, it is said that Rajkumar Rao‘s next OTT release will be on Netflix and that will also mark the OTT debut of Malayalam Superstar Dulquer Salmaan.
This Netflix series is a Raj & DK comedy thriller and will star Dulquer Salmaan, Rajkummar Rao, and Adarsh Gourav.
As per Peepingmoon, “Dulquer Salmaan has been offered multiple web films and shows in the past two years. But he rejected them all as he wasn’t satisfied with the subjects that were coming his way. He was looking for a certain kind of project to mark his OTT debut and Raj & DK’s offer had it all. It’s a big-scale, intriguing thriller peppered with the usual Raj & DK comic undertones and revolves around three lead characters. Salmaan plays one of the lead roles in this comedy-thriller series, alongside Rajkummar Rao and Adarsh Gourav (The White Tiger fame).”
Salmaan has been roped in as the replacement of Diljit Dosanjh who had to back out due to date issues.
The show has already gone on floors in Dehradun and will be wrapped up by March-end in a start-to-finish schedule. Salmaan will be joining the shoot after he recovers from Covid.
