After 18 long years of hosting the reality show ‘Roadies‘, actor Ranvijay Singha has confirmed his exit from the show.
Initially, Singha’s reason for quitting the show was assumed to be due to the takeover by a new production house.
However, in a recent interview, Singha cleared the air saying that was definitely not the reason. He mentioned that his dates did not match up with the show’s schedule and that it had nothing to do with the production house. In fact, he stated the channel has been a ‘key pillar’ of his journey.
The actor spoke about being with the channel for 18 years and his journey through different shows with the network. He stated, “Production house aur mera koi taal mel hai nahi.”
Besides the heartbreaking news of Ranvijay’s exit, we have some exciting news that just might cheer the Roadies fans up! As per a report, Sonu Sood is going to be roped in as the new host and mentor on the show!
Additionally, Sood will be the only mentor-host this year which could mean that the previous hosts like Neha Dhupia, Prince Narula, and others will not be a part of the show.
