Vikrant Massey is currently on a roll for both personal and professional reasons.
The actor will next be seen in Shah Rukh Khan‘s upcoming production venture – ‘Love Hostel’, co-starring Sanya Malhotra and Bobby Deol.
As per the latest TOI report, Vikrant is apparently all set to tie the knot with his longtime girlfriend Sheetal Thakur later this year.
The report further states that Vikrant will start with the wedding preparations once he finishes shooting for ‘Gaslight’, co-starring Sara Ali Khan.
“As soon as he finishes his shoot, he will get married this year.”
– a source revealed to the daily.
However, there is no confirmation yet.
Who Is Sheetal Thakur?
Vikrant’s fiance Sheetal Thakur is an actress-model. Besides several TVCs, Sheetal has also appeared in web series like ‘Upstarts’ (Netlfix), ‘Brij Mohan Amar Rahe’ (Netflix), and ‘Chhapad Phaad Ke’ (Disney+ Hotstar). Reportedly, the lovebirds have been dating each other since 2015.
The couple has previously worked together in the first seaon of ALT Balaji‘s show ‘Broken But Beautiful’ (2018). In the show, Sheetal played the role of Vikrant’s onscreen dead wife.
In 2019, the ‘Haseen Dillruba’ actor got engaged to his long time girlfriend Sheetal in a private roka ceremony, which was only attended by the couple’s close friends and family members.
Talking about his marriage plans, Vikrant had previously told the media –
“Agar lockdown nahi hota toh meri shaadi ho chuki hoti. That’s one thing that pushed me back by a few months. I was supposed to get married to Sheetal in 2020.”
Last year, the couple also bought a house together and shared pics on Instagram, including of the griha pravesh (housewarming) ceremony.
