The veteran singer Lata Mangeshkar was admitted to the ICU of the Breach Candy Hospital, South Mumbai, on January 8.
The 92-year-old had tested positive for Covid-19 and was treated for pneumonia as well.
In late January, the veteran singer showed signs of improvement and was removed from the ventilator.
Now, as per the latest reports, Lata ji’s health has deteriorated once again and is said to be critical. Confirming the news, Dr Pratit Samdani – who is treating the veteran singer – also revealed that Lata Ji has once again been put on ventilator support.
It’s been almost a month since Lata Mangeshkar was hospitalized. We hope Lata Ji makes a speedy recovery!
