Farhan Akhtar-Shibani Dandekar wedding is all set to take place on February 19, 2022, in Khandala.
The pre-wedding festivites have already started yesterday with the Haldi & Mehendi ceremony at Farhan’s Mumbai residence.

Recently, reports were doing rounds that the B-Town couple would have a traditional Maharashtrian wedding ceremony on February 19.
However, a report by India Today states otherwise. Reportedly, Farhan-Shibani will neither have a NIKAH nor a Maharashtrian ceremony. Instead, they are expected to exchange vows amidst their near and dear ones.
“They wanted to keep it as basic and simple as possible. The guests have also been asked to wear easy colours like pastels and whites for the wedding. There won’t be a nikah or a Marathi wedding. Instead, they have chosen to make it an intimate vow ceremony. Both have written down their vows which they will read out on the main wedding day, which is February 19.”

The Sangeet ceremony has taken place today (February 18) in Khandala, which is going to be attended by close friends and family.
For the unversed, Farhan was earlier married to the popular hairstylist Adhuna Bhabani and they have two daughters – Shakya and Akira. In 2017, Farhan & Adhuna had decided to part ways.
