Harshvardhan Rane-Mawra Hocane’s Sanam Teri Kasam movie did an average job at the box office but developed a following later.
As per recent reports, Sanam Teri Kasam 2 is said to be in the works.
Talking to TOI, the directors Radhika Rao and Vinay Sapru confirmed the making of the sequel and said that the filming will take off from September-October 2022. Sanam Teri Kasam 2 will be shot across Mumbai and Delhi.
“The sequel talks about what happens to Harshvardhan Rane’s character after Mawra’s character dies in the first outing. In that sense, the films are connected with one another. Sanam Teri Kasam 2 also has its roots in mythology – in Shiva and Parvati. The music will be the sequel’s backbone, too,” Vinay revealed to TOI.
Meanwhile, Harshvardhan Rane will next star with Meezan Jafferi in a football-based film titled ‘Miranda Boys’. He’ll also be seen in the romantic drama film Tara Vs Bilal with Sonia Rathee.
