Shah Rukh Khan currently has movies like Pathaan, Atlee’s actioner and Rajkumar Hirani’s upcoming social drama in his kitty.
Now, we hear that the Baadhsah is also in-talks for a thriller movie.
As reported by Pinkvilla, SRK has apparently been offered a edge-of-the-seat thriller movie by Malayalam filmmaker Aashiq Abu.
Confirming the same, the director shared that he recently finished a meeting with SRK and that the actor was ‘happy’ with what was presented to him.
“See we just finished a meeting with him (SRK). We shared an idea. He was happy with it. But, you know it will take some time. Since the pandemic is still going on, his schedules, our schedules, anyway, it’s going to take time.”
– Aashiq Abu told the portal.
When Abu was asked about the genre, he said, “I can’t say that. But, yes, some kind of thriller.”
On March 2, SRK finally announced the release date of ‘Pathaan‘ – in theatres on January 25, 2023 – along with a teaser. Directed by Siddharth Anand, this high-octane action film also features John Abraham and Deepika Padukone in key roles.
