Anushka Sharma has stepped down from her production house – Clean Slate Filmz.
Anushka and her brother Karnesh Ssharma had founded the banner in 2013.
Over the years, the sibling duo have produced several clutter-breaking movies – NH-10, Phillauri, Pari, Bulbbul and web series – Paatal Lok.
On Saturday (March 20), the actress took to her social media handle and announced that she has decided to ‘step away’ from her production house.
In a long heartfelt note, Anushka stated that being a new mother and ‘an actor by profession’, she will now dedicate her time to her first love, acting!

Anushka-Virat welcomed their first child, Vamika, in 2021. The actress is making a comeback with the upcoming Netflix movie – Chakda Xpress – biopic of Jhulan Goswami, which is produced by CSF.
Clean Slate Films is also bankrolling some Netflix’s upcoming projects – Mai and Qala.
