Ranbir Kapoor-Alia Bhatt are rumoured to be getting married on April 17.
The much-anticipated big Bollywood shaadi will take place at the Kapoor’s ancestral property – RK House.

While the wedding preparations are said to be on full swing, the couple is yet to comment on the matter.
As per reports, RK is planning to throw bachelor party for his close friends, which will be allegedly attended by B-Town celebs like Arjun Kapoor, Aditya Roy Kapur and Ayan Mukherji.
Ranbir Kapoor-Alia Bhatt Love Story:
RanLia’s fairytale like love story is straight out of a Bollywood rom-com. Did you guys know Alia had a major crush on RK when she was just 11 years old?
The actress had revealed that she was auditioning for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Black’ when she saw RK for the first time and fell head over heels for him. Ranbir was assisting SLB back then. Talking about it, she had reportedly said –
“I met Ranbir when I was 11, I had auditioned for Black. Since then, I had a crush on him. And then he came in Saawariya, and I had already seen him.”
During Alia’s first appearance on ‘Koffe With Karan’, she had said that she wanted to marry Ranbir.
“I remember the first time I spoke to Ranbir. You (Karan Johar) called him up when Rockstar just released and you said, ‘Here, talk to Ranbir. Tell him how much you love him’. And I spoke so much rubbish. I was just talking non-stop, and he was like, ‘Yeah, that’s very nice, Alia’. I still think he is really adorable. And I still want to marry him.”
It all started on the sets of Ayan Mukherji’s ‘Brahmastra’… Ranbir-Alia started shooting for the grand fantasy-drama in Bulgaria and romance started brewing between the two. Rumours about them dating also went rife back then.
Finally, in 2018, RanLia made their relationship official as they arrived at Sonam Kapoor’s wedding reception together and happily posed for the media.
During an interview, RK had confirmed his relationship with Alia and said –
“It’s really new right now, and I don’t want to overspeak. It needs time to breathe and it needs space. As an actor, as a person, Alia is – what’s the right word? – flowing right now. When I see her work, when I see her act, even in life, what she gives is something that I’m aspiring to for myself. It’s new for us, so let it cook a bit.”
At Filmfare awards 2019, Alia had dedicated her love for RK and her speech was adorable. Check out the video below:
From attending family dinners to spending New Year’s and family functions together – the couple shares a close bond with each other’s family.
In December 2020, RK had told in an interview that had the pandemic not occurred, he would have been married to Alia. Racting to Ranbir’s comments, Alia said –
“I’m already married to Ranbir Kapoor in my head. And, I think I’ve been married to him in my head for a long time (Laughs).”
