Karisma Kapoor’s next project is the Zee5 web series –  Brown.

Helmed by Delhi Belly director Abhinay Deo, it is a neo-noir crime drama set in Kolkata.

Backed by Zee Studios, Brown is allegedly based on the book ‘City of Death’ by Abheek Barua and it also stars Surya Sharma of Undekhi and Yeh Kaali Kaali Ankhein fame. 

The series is expected to be a female-centric drama featuring Karisma as a detective. The project went on floors recently.
