Pankaj Tripathi Next Movie – Sherdil; See RELEASE DATE!

Pankaj Tripathi’s next movie is Sherdil: The Pilibhit Saga.

Directed by National Award winner Srijit Mukherji, the project also stars Neeraj Kabi and Sayani Gupta.

Sherdil Based On True Story:

Sherdil has been produced by Bhushan Kumar and Reliance Entertainment. As per inspired by a bizarre true event from 2017.

Apparently, in a ploy to gain compensation from the government, local families near Pilibhit Tiger Reserve would send elderly family members into the forest as tiger preys! They would then relocate the dead bodies to the fields and feign it as a ‘tiger attack’.

Sherdil Release Date:

In theatres on June 24, 2022
