Rumours about Sonakshi Sinha’s engagement spread like wildfire recently.
The actress had put up 3 posts on Instagram, flaunting pretty nails and a huge diamond ring. Naturally, people assumed she might soon be getting hitched.
But it appears to be nothing more than a marketing gimmick. Sonakshi was allegedly promoting the nail care brand SOEZI’s press-on nails.
She cheekily wrote on her Insta stories – “I was just flashing my nails! Aapki nazar kahi aur thi usme meri kya galti.”
For the unversed, it was being speculated that Sonakshi was dating Notebook actor Zaheer Iqbal and might be getting married to him. Zaheer-Sona have both dismissed rumours of their alleged relationship previously.
Sonakshi calls him her ‘best friend’. Both will share screen space in the upcoming social comedy Double XL.
