Shilpa Shetty’s husband Raj Kundra hits headlines once again.
The businessman has been booked by Enforcement Directorate for alleged money laundering.
Raj Kundra was in the news last year after getting arrested in alleged porn films case. The 46-year-old businessman was granted bail by Mumbai court after spending two months in jail.
Now, as per the latest News 18 report, ED has registered a fresh money laundering case against Raj Kundra after investigating financial transactions in connection with the pornography case against him.
As per reports, Raj might get summoned for questioning by the ED officials next week.
Sources informed ANI, a transaction of Rs 13 crores was reportedly made to 13 bank accounts of Raj’s company Viaan Industries for the maintenance of the porn films app, HotShots.
As reported by ANI, Kundra had formed a company named Arms Prime Media Limited in February 2019 and launched ‘Hotshots’, which was later sold to the UK based company – Kenrin. For the unversed, the CEO of Kenrin, Pradeep Bakshi, is actually Raj Kundra’s brother in law.
