Panchayat & The Kota Factory fame Jitendra Kumar will next be seen in the upcoming Netflix movie – Jaadugar.
Directed by Sameer Sazena, the trailer of the sports-comedy was released recently.
Jitendra plays the role of a small-town magician Meenu with no athletic talent. In the trailer, he introduces himself as a part-time lover and a full-time jaadugar.
Meenu wants to marry the love of his life (played by Love Aaj Kal fame Aarushi Sharma) but to prove his worth, he needs to win a prestigious inter-colony football tournament. The movie also stars Jaaved Jaaferi, Rukshar Dhillon, amongst others, in pivotal roles.
The official synopsis of Jaadugar reportedly reads, “Set in a football-loving town Neemuch, Jaadugar is a story of a small-time magician, Meenu, with no athletic skill who must prove his worth in a prestigious inter-colony football tournament, in order to marry the love of his life. There are just two things against him – the girl doesn’t love him back and his team hasn’t won a game in years!”
