Alia Bhatt-Ranbir Kapoor tied the knot this year on 14 April 2022.
The couple is already giving us the good news! Alia took to Instagram to share her pregnancy announcement!
She put up a pic of her and Ranbir at her ultrasound appointment with the caption “Our baby ….. coming soon.”
During a recent interaction for Shamshera promotions, Ranbir had hinted about the new arrival to his family.
“Abhi mujhe bahot kaam karna hai sir. Abhi mujhe family banani hai, unke liye kaam karna hai. Pehle mai khudke liye kaam karraha tha. Nahi nahi, abhi mai bahot kaam karunga,” he’d said.
Another quote of his went viral recently – “I used to say in films that ‘shaadi is like dal chaawal till you die and life mein thoda tangdi kebab, hakka noodles hona chahiye (referring to his famous dialouge in Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani)… but boss, zindagi ke tajurbe ke baad I would say dal chaawal he best hai. Alia mere dal chaawal mein tadka hai, achaar hai, pyaaz hai, sab kuch hai. I couldn’t have asked for a better partner.”
Alia and Ranbir will be sharing screen space in the epic adventure film Brahmastra which is releasing in theatres on 9 September 2022.
