Rajkummar Rao has reportedly become the owner of a plush property in Juhu, Mumbai.
The luxury triplex apartment was previously owned by his Roohi co-star Janhvi Kapoor.
A report informs us that Rajkummar Rao-Patralekhaa have bought a swanky triplex apartment – spread over 3,456 sq.ft – from Janhvi, which she had bought for Rs 39 crores in December 2020.
Located on the 14th 15th and 16th floors of one of the buildings in Juhu-Vile Parle Development Scheme, the apartment reportedly comes with exclusive access to six parking slots.
As the report further suggests, Rajkummar has shelled out a whopping amount of Rs 44 CRORES to purchase the triplex from Janhvi. Reportedly, the deal was finalized on March 31, 2022, and a stamp duty of Rs 2.19 crores was paid by the actor.
Interestingly, Rajkummar-Patralekhaa currently resides in apartments on the 11th and 12th floor of the same building. The couple tied the knot on November 15, 2021, after 11 years of dating each other.
On the work front, Rajkummar-Janhvi will reunite for the upcoming Dharma Productions movie titled – Mr And Mrs Mahi.
