Excitement around Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan movie is sky high!
Written and directed by Atlee, the actioner features an ensemble cast of Nayanthara, Priyamani, Sanya Malhotra, Sunil Grover, and Yogi Babu.
As per Peeping Moon report, Vijay Sethupathi has been locked in as the big baddie in the film.
“SRK and Atlee were keen on casting Vijay Sethupathi after Rana Daggubati backed out of the film, citing scheduling conflict due to his ill health.
SRK and Sethupathi share a great admiration for each other, and hence, when SRK himself offered Sethupathi this role in Jawan, he couldn’t refuse it. The Super Deluxe actor has altered his entire shooting diary to accommodate Jawan in between at SRK’s request,” a source revealed to the portal.
Sethupathi will join the schedule in August-end in Chennai. SRK’s Pathaan co-star Deepika Padukone is expected to film a cameo in September.
