Samantha Ruth Prabhu‘s upcoming movie Shaakuntalam release date is out.
After being MIA for over 2 months, the actress has finally made a comeback on social to share her film’s update.
Written and directed by Gunasekhar, the epic love story – Shaakuntalam – stars Samantha & Dev Mohan in the lead.
Based on internationally acclaimed Kalidasa’s Sanskrit play ‘Abhijnana Shakuntalam’, Shaakuntalam revolves around the epic love story of Shakuntala (played by Samantha Ruth Prabhu) and King Dushyant (played by Dev Mohan) from Mahabharata.
Set in the Kashyapa Kanumalu (Kashmir), the movie will release in 5 languages – Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada.
