After the blockbuster success of Brahmastra Part 1: Shiva, fans are already looking forward to Brahmastra 2.
A recent report claimed that KGF fame Yash will likely to play Dev in the sequel.
Rumours are rife, Yash has been allegedly approached to play Ranbir Kapoor’s father in Brahmastra Part 2: Dev.
However, the latest report states otherwise. If this ETimes report is to be believed, the reports are FALSE! Dismissing the reports, producer Karan Johar told the daily –
“This is all rubbish. We haven’t approached anyone.”
A source revealed – “Hrithik is the first choice to play Dev in Brahmastra 2. But his own home production Krrish is getting ready for a fourth instalment. So far Hrithik’s father (producer-director) Rakesh Roshan has not been able to crack the plot for Krrish 4. But he is on the verge of it. And if Krrish 4 goes on the floors anytime in the next six months, Hrithik wouldn’t like to do another super-hero film with another production house.”
Meanwhile, it is also said that Deepika Padukone will essay Amrita‘s role – Ranbir’s mother – in Brahmastra 2.
