Salman Khan will now receive Y+ security from the Maharashtra government.
His security has been updated in the wake of multiple death threats by the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, which was behind Sidhu Moosewala’s murder.
Under a Y+ security cover, Salman will have four armed security personnel on his person all the time. Reportedly, the cost of the security will be borne by the celeb.
For the unversed, both Salman and his father had received a threatening letter near their Bandra home, which said –
“Salim Khan, Salman Khan bahot jald aapka Moosewala hoga k G.B.L.B (You will become like Moosewala).”
An FIR had been registered with the Bandra police under IPC Section 506 (2) (threat to cause death).
