Bholaa marks Ajay Devgn’s 4th directorial after U Me Aur Hum, Shivaay, and Runway 34. It is the official remake of Tamil action-thriller ‘Kaithi’ which was headlined by Karthi.

It also reunites Devgn with his Drishyam co-star Tabu. He has also donned the producer’s hat for this film.

Bholaa teaser shows a girl in an orphanage, eagerly waiting to meet a relative though she doesn’t know who it is. The scene cuts to a man being released from jail who has all inmates talking about him in awe. The teaser ends with Devgn attacking a car with a giant Trishul.
