Sushant Singh Rajput died on 14 June 2020. His luxurious Bandra apartment had been vacant for nearly 3 years since then.
But as per reports, the place is getting a new tenant soon. The 2,500 sq feet property belongs to an NRI owner who recently approached broker Rafique Merchant to put it on rent.
The swanky apartment comes with 4 bedrooms and a sprawling terrace. The monthly rent is apparently going to be a whopping Rs 5 lakhs, with a security deposit of Rs 30 lakhs.
When Sushant was staying in the flat, he allegedly use to pay rent amounting to 4.51 lakhs monthly! May he rest in peace.
