Alia Bhatt’s father, filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt, is having a few health problems right now.
Bhatt underwent heart surgery recently. As per sources, he had a health checkup done which concluded that he would need an angioplasty.
TOI report states that Mahesh Bhatt’s surgery was completed 4 days ago and he is recuperating at home.
Bhatt’s son Rahul commented – “All’s well that ends well. He is alright now and back home. I cannot give you more details as too many people were not allowed in the hospital.”
We wish him a speedy recovery. On the personal front, Mahesh Bhatt became a grandfather after the birth of Alia’s daughter Raha Kapoor.
