After the blockbuster success of Pathaan, Shah Rukh Khan-Deepika Padukone’s hit jodi is going to reunite yet again.
Deepika is allegedly said to have a cameo in SRK’s action thriller Jawan, directed by Atlee. It also stars Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi.
SRK will be playing a double role in this project. Deepika will allegedly be essaying the role of his wife in the film’s flashback sequences.
As per reports, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was apparently approached first by the producers as they wanted to see the reunion of the Devdas jodi. However, Aishwarya rejected it as she thought the character didn’t have room to grow.
