Rani plays Debika Chatterjee, a homemaker who has settled in Norway with her husband and two young kids – Suchi and Shubh.

The Norwegian Child Welfare agency swoops in and takes their kids away one fateful day, while Debika is still nursing her 4-month-old baby.
