Om Raut’s magnum opus had received heavy criticism for its VFX. The much-improved visuals have reignited the enthusiasm for this Ramayana adaptation.
Though most people are looking favourably at the improved VFX, few still thought that it needed more work. Others commented it was better than the teaser but not exciting content-wise.
A section of the fanbase thought that the movie will do impressively at the office and are excited to see how it fares on the big screen in 3D.

This portrayal of Shri Ram looks lethargic and pale, it doesn't match Shi Ram's description going by Ramcharitmanas or Valmiki Ramayana which Ramanand Sagar & Yugo Sako absolutely nailed it.

The Om Raut directorial Adipurush is based on the Ramayana epic and stars Prabhas as Raghava, Kriti Sanon as Janaki, and Saif Ali Khan as Ravana. The cast also includes Sunny Singh as Lakshmana, Devdatta Nage as Hanuman and Vatsal Sheth as Indrajit. Sonal Chauhan is also featuring in this movie.
The trailer showcases some iconic moments from the epic – Ravan tricking Janaki into crossing Lakshmana rekha, Hanuman burning Lanka, Raghava amassing a huge army to rescue his wife…
