Ajay Devgn‘s upcoming movie Maidaan release date has been postponed again?
Directed by Amit Sharma, the biographical sports-drama was slated to hit theatres on 23 June 2023!
Based on the golden era of Indian football, described from 1952 to 1962, Maidaan also stars Gajrao Rao, Priyamani and Keerthy Suresh in important roles.
Ajay Devgn plays the role of the Indian national football team coach and manager Syed Abdul Rahim who is regarded as the architect of Indian football.
If this Bollywood Hungama report is to be believed, the makers of Maidaan has pushed the release date again. For the unversed, the release date has been posptponed multiple times.
“It was evident to many that Maidaan has been pushed ahead since the trailer or any other asset of the film wasn’t out though less than 20 days are left for June 23. The makers of the film are now looking at a new release date and hope to announce it very soon.”

Meanwhile, the makers of 1920: Horrors Of The Hearts have grabbed the 23rd June slot. The horror-flick marks Balika Vadhu fame Avika Gor‘s Bollywood debut.
