WATCH: Kajol’s The Trial: Pyaar Kaanoon Dhokha Trailer –

Kajol’s The Trial: Pyaar Kaanoon Dhokha Trailer dropped recently. This Disney+Hotstar series is an adaptation of the American courtroom drama The Good Wife. The Trial is produced by Banijay Asia and Ajay Devgn FFilms and directed by Suparn S Varma.

The cast includes Jisshu Sengupta, Sheeba Chaddha, Kubbra Sait, Alyy Khan and Gaurav Pandey. The 2-min trailer introduces Kajol as Noyonika Sengupta, whose life gets disrupted completely after her husband – Judge Rajeev Sengupta, is caught in a sex scandal.

As her husband gets jailed, the housewife Noyonika returns back to work – this time as a junior lawyer. How will she manoeuvre her personal storm and professional struggles – especially when the two might collide? When her husband asks her to represent him in the courtroom?
