Directed by Om Raut, the mythological drama witnessed a massive opening at the box office.

Based on the Hindu epic Ramayana, Adipurush stars Prabhas as Raghava (Lord Ram), Saif Ali Khan as Lankesh (Ravana), Kriti Sanon as Janaki (Sita), Sunny Singh as Lakshmana and Devdatta Nage as Hanuman among others.
The magnum opus finally arrived in cinemas yesterday, i.e. 16 June 2023!
Adipurush Movie Worldwide Box Office Collection Day 1:
As per reports, Adipurush recorded fourth highest opening day ever at the box office, followed by Baahubali 2, RRR and KGF: Chapter 2.
According to Sacnik, the mythological drama collected around Rs 35 crores in the Hindi belt and Rs 58.50 crores in the Telugu version.
As posted by T-Series, the movie collected a whopping Rs 140 CRORES worldwide on its opening day.
