Suhana Khan, Shah Rukh Khan & Gauri Khan’s daughter, is on a roll!
Ahead of her highly-anticipated debut in The Archies, the 23-year-old has purchased a farm land in Alibaug.
If this report is to be believed, Suhana has recently bought an agricultural land in the Thal village for Rs 12.91 crores, which is said to be next to SRK‘s lavish bungalow in Alibaug.
Spread over 1.5 acres of land, the property comes with three houses including structures spanning an area of 2,218 sq ft.
Reportedly, Suhana has paid a stamp duty of Rs 77.46 lakhs and the transaction took place on 1st June. The registered documents reportedly describe Suhana as an ‘agriculturist’ and the property has been registered in the name of Déjà Vu Pvt Ltd, where SRK’s mother-in-law Savita Chhibber and sister-in-law Namita Chhibber are directors.
Thal Village is a 12-minute drive from Alibaug town. Suhana purchased the property from three sisters names Anjali, Rekha, Priya Khot, who inherited the land from their parents.
