The young star celebrated the success by indulging in a lavish purchase. He has reportedly bought a Juhu house for ₹17.50 crores!
As per reports, the 1,916 sq ft flat is located on the 2nd floor of Siddhi Vinayak Building in the Presidency co-operative housing society in Juhu. It comes with 2 parking spots.
Kartik’s mother Mala Tiwari lives on the 8th floor there. In fact, she only registered the property on his behalf on 30th June. They paid a stamp duty of ₹1.05 crore allegedly.
Previously, Kartik Aaryan was renting Shahid Kapoor’s flat in Juhu, paying a whopping amount of ₹7.5 lakhs MONTHLY!
