The Archies Release Date Out!
Directed by Zoya Akhtar, The Archies will see the debut of Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter Suhana Khan, Janhvi Kapoor’s sister Khushi Kapoor, and Amitabh Bachchan’s grandson Agastya Nanda.
The cast of this Netflix film also includes Mihir Ahuja, Dot, Vedang Raina and Yuvraj Menda. As part of the reveal, the cast got together at Mumbai’s Western Express Highway to pose next to a billboard with a timer that counts down the days to its premiere.

Info About The Project:
The Netflix film stars Agastya Nanda as Archie Andrews, torn between his feelings for Betty and Veronica. Khushi Kapoor plays Betty, while Suhana Khan will be seen as the sassy, rich Veronica Lodge. Vedang Raina features as Reggie Mantle, Aditi ‘Dot’ Saigal as Ethel Muggs, and Mihir Ahuja as Jughead Jones, and Yuvraj Menda as Dilton Doiley.
According to the makers, the 1960s-set film explores friendship, freedom, love, heartbreak and rebellion through the lives of Archie, Betty, Veronica, Jughead, Reggie, Ethel and Dilton. It will take audiences to the fictional hilly town of Riverdale.
Zoya also shares the writing credit for the project, along with filmmakers Reema Kagti, and Ayesha Devitre. The Archies is produced by Netflix India, Zoya and Reema’s Tiger Baby, Archie Comics and Graphic India.
