The Veere Di Wedding actress and her politician-husband Fahad Ahmad took to Instagram to announce the birth of their daughter.

Swara and Fahad chose not to reveal their precious newborn’s face to social media, and have carefully concealed her in all the photos. For the unversed, Swara Bhasker got married to her boyfriend Fahad Ahmad on 16 February 2023. The two opted for a court marriage under the Special Marriage Act, 1954.
Fahad is the State President at Samajwadi Party Yuvjan Sabha. In June 2023, the couple had announced their 1st pregnancy on social media. A week back, Swara had taken to Instagram to share her sweet baby shower celebrations.
She said – “I love surprises! Last week, one of my oldest friends @samar_narayen & the amazing @laks7 and Fahad gave me the sweetest surprise in the form a baby shower that they managed to plan and execute without me getting even a whiff of it! I was sooooo clueless I arrived in pajamas! Ok not quite.. but I didn’t catch on till I caught @kaushikmoitra & @priyatnabasu arriving outside & then too I was merely confused!”
