Vicky Kaushal starrer Sam Bahadur movie teaser is all set to release on THIS date.
Directed by Meghna Gulzar, the film is based on the life of India’s first Field Marshal Sam Manekshaw.
After Raazi (2018), Meghna and Vicky have reunited for the biopic of Sam Bahadur who was the Chief of the Army Staff of the Indian Army during the Indo-Pakistani War of 1971.
Produced by Ronnie Screwvala, the movie also stars Sanya Malhotra as Manekshaw’s wife Silloo and Fatima Sana Shaikh as former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi.
Sam Bahadur Movie Teaser Release Date:
According to trade analyst and film critic Taran Adarsh, the teaser of Sam Bahadur will be dropped on 13th October 2023! The teaser will also be screened during the India vs Pakistan cricket World Cup match on October 14.
Announcing the same, he wrote –
“VICKY KAUSHAL: ‘SAM BAHADUR’ TEASER ON 13 OCT… Team #SamBahadur – based on the life of Field Marshal #SamManekshaw – will launch the teaser on 13 Oct 2023… Subsequently, the teaser will be screened at the much-awaited #INDvsPAK #WorldCup2023 match on 14 Oct 2023.”
Sam Bahadur has been shot at various real locations for over two years.
Talking about his role in the movie, Vicky said in a statement –
“Sam Bahadur is the toughest role I have gotten to do and about probably the greatest I have come to know of, Field Marshal Sam Manekshaw.”

In cinemas on 1st December 2023!
The Vicky Kaushal starrer is set to cash with Ranbir Kapoor’s Animal. Directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, the gangster drama also stars Anil Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna, Bobby Deol and Triptii Dimri.
