Huma Qureshi starrer Maharani 3 teaser is out! The much-awaited teaser of the third part was dropped earlier today (January 16).
Huma Qureshi is back as Maharani aka Rani Bharti in Maharani 3. Created by Subhash Kapoor, Maharani 3 is directed by Saurabh Bhave. The series also stars Amit Sial, Sohum Shah, Dibyendu Bhattacharya among others.
In the teaser, Huma’s character, who faced criticism for not having a proper education, has now cleared her Class XII exams and announces that she will soon be graduating.
She is heard saying, “Hum chauthi fail they to aap sab ki naak mein dum kar diye, graduate hojayenge to ka hoga aap sab ka (I made life difficult for you when I was just a school dropout, what will happen to you when I become a graduate).”
The description of the teaser reads,“Pareeksha ki tayyari hai jaari. Phir aa rahi hai #Maharani (we are prepared to face the exams as Maharani is coming once again)!”
The episodes of Maharani 3 are scheduled to stream soon on SonyLIV.
The first season of Maharani revolved around the story of Rani Bharti, an uneducated simple housewife who became the Chief Minister of Bihar after her husband, Bhema Bharti chose her as his successor after being shot.
The 2nd season delved deeper into the political career of Rani as she faces accusations of misgovernance while Bihar fights anti-incumbency, jungle raj, and corruption.
