Crakk Movie Review; Plotline:
Siddharth Dixit aka Siddhu (played by Vidyut Jammwal) is a slum dweller in Mumbai who loves to do stunts. He and his elder brother Nihal are into extreme underground sports. Nihal loses his life in a fatal accident during a competition in Maidaan, an underground tournament of extreme sports that lands in Poland.
Siddhu gets to extreme lengths to fulfill his brother’s dream as he enters the adrenaline-filled world of Maidaan where he competes against daredevil participants from across the world. His ultimate competition is Dev (played by Arjun Rampal), Maidaan’s owner and the formidable champion.
As the story progresses, Siddhu learns about some foul play in his brother’s death. Dev becomes the prime suspect for Nihal’s death and soon, Siddhu’s focus shifts from winning the game to take revenge for his brother’s death.
Patricia Novak (played by Amy Jackson) is a police officer who is aware of Dev’s illegal underground business. She tries to team up with Siddhu to catch Dev. In the meantime, Siddhu falls in love with Alia (played by Nora Fatehi), a social media influencer.

Crakk Movie Review; What Do We Think?
Crakk is a boring, messy and a no-brainer film. Director Aditya Datt heavily relies on Vidyut performing death-defying stunts and Arjun Rampal‘s chiselled body.
The action sequences often get over-stretched. It wouldn’t be wrong to say that it’s painful to sit through a 155-minute movie which delivers nothing but brutal actions, stunts, fights and bloodbath.
Vidyut Jammwal get into his action mode and does the action-packed stunts effortlessly. However, his expressions are not up to the mark in emotional scenes. The film struggles to strike an emotional chord with the audience.
Arjun Rampal’s swag as the super-good looking baddie Dev is one of the few good things about this revenge-drama. But it is nowhere near of what he did in Om Shanti Om and Ra.One. His face-off with Vidyut at the climax is captivating.
Nora Fatehi’s character seemed like an eye-candy. She has nothing much to offer to the narrative. Amy Jackson is also forgettable. Most of the times her dialogues were unclear because of the weird accent.
The daredevil stunts and action sequences are well-choreographed. The visuals are also captivation. The duration of the film could have easily cut down by atleast 15-20 minutes. The BGM is good but the rest of the songs are forgettable.
HIT Or Miss?
All said and done! Crakk… Jeetega Toh Jiyegaa – an overdose of unnecessary actions that overshadows the plot – is a type of a film that you would like to give a miss.
