Balkaur Singh and Charan Kaur, the parents of the late Punjabi singer, Shubhdeep Singh Sidhu, known as Sidhu Moosewala, have shared news of expecting a new addition to their family.
Sidhu Moosewala mother, Charan Kaur, is pregnant and will be welcoming the baby soon, according to family sources.
Sidhu Moosewala, who unfortunately lost his life in 2022, was a prominent figure in Punjab and contested in the Assembly elections. Tragically, he was murdered on May 29 of that year, leading to the naming of 31 accused, including gangsters Lawrence Bishnoi and Goldy Brar, with 25 arrests made to date.
Despite his absence, Moosewala impact persists, especially among the youth, as his songs, written and produced by himself, continue to gain millions of hits. His parents, now in their late fifties, are expecting the arrival of a new family member soon.
While the family has not officially commented, as per reports it is known that Charan Kaur has kept a low profile for over six months. Speculation surrounds the potential political entry of Moosewala’s father, Balkaur Singh, in the Bathinda Lok Sabha seat, though he has stated that nothing significant would change if he were to enter politics.
Recently, Charan Kaur expressed support for protesting farmers through her social media, seeking justice for Shubhkaran Singh, a farmer killed at Khanauri border, and sharing photos of Sidhu Moosewala, Deep Sidhu, and Shubhkaran Singh.
