Mukesh Ambani-Neeta Ambani‘s son Anant Ambani will soon tie the knot with Radhika Merchant, the younger daughter of businessman Viren Merchant and entrepreneur Shaila Merchant.
The couple got rokafied in Dec 2022 and then the two had a formal engagement ceremony in January 2023.
Anant Ambani-Radhika Merchant Pre-Wedding Venue:
Anant Ambani-Radhika Merchant’s grand pre-wedding celebrations are taking place in Gujarat’s Jamnagar. The couple already kickstarted their pre-wedding festivities in Jamnagar recently.
In a recent interview with India Today, Anant Ambani revealed the reason behind choosing Jamnagar for the extravagant celebration. He stated –
“I have grown up here, and it’s my good fortune that we could plan the celebration here. This is my dadi’s janm bhoomi (grandmother’s birthplace) and my dada and papa’s karm bhoomi (my grandfather and father’s workplace). It’s a matter of pride and happiness when our PM said that one should get married in India. And this is my home.”
On Wednesday (February 28), the couple participated in a heartwarming ‘Anna Seva’ at Jogwad village near Reliance Township near Jamnagar.
They personally – along with their family members including Mukesh Ambani – served traditional Gujarati dinner items to the community from nearby villages and sought their blessings.
Anant Ambani-Radhika Merchant Pre-Wedding Guestlist:
International popstar Rihanna and her team landed in Gujarat’s Jamnagar for Anant-Radhika’s pre-wedding.
If reports are to be believed, besides Rihanna, Arijit Singh, Diljit Dosanjh, Ajay-Atul and magician David Blaine are also expected to perform at Anant-Radhika’s pre-wedding bash.
Bollywood celebs like Salman Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Neetu Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor, Janhvi Kapoor, Manushi Chhillar among others have already reached the venue for the celebration. RK-Alia are expected to perform at the pre-wedding bash.
Shah Rukh Khan, Gauri Khan and Aryan Khan were also spotted earlier at the airport.
Anant-Radhika’s Pre-Wedding Menu List:
According to Money Control, a team of 21 chefs is being flown to the venue for the 3-day event. Over 2,500 dishes – with a global menu including Thai, Japanese, Mexican, Parsi and Pan Asian – will be prepared with 4 meals per day.
Reportedly, every single item served will be prepared under strict guidelines and protocol and it is said that none of the dishes served will be repeated for the 12 different meals served for three days.
The guests will be served breakfast with 75 dishes, lunch with more than 225 items, dinner with around 275 dishes and a midnight meal with over 85 items to choose from. The mid-night meal, which has been especially curated for the foreign guests, will be served from 12 am to 4 am.
