Heeramandi Movie Sakal Ban Song:
Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s upcoming Netflix series, Heeramandi, has premiered its first song, Sakal Ban. Released on March 9th, the track offers a glimpse into the world Bhansali is crafting.

Sung by Raja Hasan with lyrics credited to the 14th-century poet Amir Khusro, Sakal Ban boasts traditional roots. The music video showcases the series’ leading cast, including Manisha Koirala, Aditi Rao Hydari, and Richa Chadha, adorned in vibrant costumes and performing graceful choreography against Bhansali’s signature opulent sets.

As per reports, The almost three-minute-long video features Manisha Koirala’s character bringing Sharmin to the courtyard where all the other women are present. Richa Chadha’s character then begins to dance gracefully and makes way for Manisha to step in after a few moments. Aditi Rao Hydari also joins in. Bhansali Productions shared the video on their Instagram account as well and added the caption, “Step into spring to celebrate the season of flowers, blossoming with beauty, strength and grace!”
The movie also stars Sonakshi Sinha and is set against the backdrop of the Indian freedom struggle of the 1940s.
