Diljit Dosnajh-Parineeti Chopra starrer Amar Singh Chamkila movie new song Naram Kaalja song out now!
Naram Kaalja is a soulful fusion of traditional melodies and contemporary beats. Composed and produced by the music maestro AR Rahman with lyrics penned by Irshad Kamil, the oh-so-amazing song is sung by Alka Yagnik along with Richa Sharma, Pooja Tiwari, and Yashika Sikka.

In the video, a group of Punjabi village women express themselves through singing and dancing amidst their daily household chores.
Directed by Imtiaz Ali, Amar Singh Chamkila is a musical drama that revolves around the life of the late singer Amar Singh Chamkila who was called as ‘Elvis Of Punjab’. While Diljit Dosanjh plays the titular role, Parineeti Chopra will be seen as Chamkila’s wife Amarjot Kaur.
He and his wife Amarjot were mysteriously assassinated on 8 March 1988. It was speculated that Sikh militants were behind the murders.

Talking about the movie, Diljit said in an interview –
“Playing AMar Singh Chamkila has been one of the mos challenging experiences of my life, and I am thrilled to be returning to Netflix with yet another exciting story. It has been a pleasure to work with Parineeti and the entire team that has worked extremely hard to bring this beautiful story to life. To be able to sing to Rahman sir’s exemplary music was a meditative experience and I hope I have been able to do justice to his vision. Thank you Imtiaz Bhaji, for believing in me for this role.”
