That one thought says so much about his approach to life. Rajkummar believes happiness doesn’t come from buying expensive things. It comes from meaningful relationships and being surrounded by the people you love.

“I had my last car for about 9 or 10 years, an Audi Q7. People kept saying, ‘Alright, that’s enough, please change your car now.’ So, I’ve just got a new car now. I’ll drive this a lot too. I’ve already had it for 2-2.5 years.”

While many celebrities are known to switch cars every couple of years, Rajkummar held on to his for nearly a decade. Even after buying a new one, he didn’t make a big deal out of it. He treats his car as something practical, not as a status symbol.

In a world where people often chase luxury to feel successful, Rajkummar Rao’s words are a refreshing reminder. True happiness isn’t found in things, it’s found in people. And that is what makes him one of the most relatable stars in the industry today.
