Tripti Dimri And Siddhant Chaturvedi Starrer Dhadak 2 Release Date Out!
The highly anticipated spiritual sequel to Dhadak is officially in the works. Titled Dhadak 2, the film stars Triptii Dimri and Siddhant Chaturvedi in the lead roles and is set to hit theatres on August 1, 2025.
Directed by Shazia Iqbal, Dhadak 2 promises a powerful and emotional love story that delves into themes of class divide, social restrictions, and personal rebellion.

The film’s tone is captured in a striking line from its announcement – “मरने और लड़ने में से एक को चुनना हो… तो लड़ना” (“If you have to choose between dying and fighting, choose to fight”).
Set against a melancholic blue backdrop, the posters reveal Triptii and Siddhant in a close, emotional embrace, both looking visibly distressed.

The film is produced by Zee Studios, Dharma Productions, and Cloud 9 Pictures. It is a Hindi remake of director Mari Selvaraj’s acclaimed 2018 Tamil film Pariyerum Perumal, known for its unflinching take on caste and systemic inequality.
With a fresh pairing and a socially relevant story, Dhadak 2 is shaping up to be a compelling cinematic experience for audiences.

Triptii Dimri, who rose to fame with Animal, Bulbbul and Qala, has several exciting projects lined up.
She will be seen in Spirit alongside Prabhas, directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga. She’s also working on Arjun Ustara with Shahid Kapoor, and is reportedly in talks to join Imtiaz Ali’s next film, Idiots of Istanbul, opposite Fahadh Faasil.
