From feeling like a girlfriend even after marriage to depending on her husband for the tiniest decisions, Sonakshi’s candid confessions are equal parts heartwarming and relatable.
When asked about three things she feels proud to bring into her marriage as a wife, Sonakshi’s answer was refreshingly sweet and honest.
“I don’t even feel like his wife. I still feel like his girlfriend,” she laughed. “I feel like I’m there for him 100 percent. Whenever he needs me, I’m there to support his dreams, I’m there to support his visions. And it’s the same from his side as well. He is my biggest support, he is my biggest strength, and that’s what I try to be for him as well.”
The way she talks about Zaheer clearly shows the deep bond they share. It’s not just about being a married couple. It’s about being each other’s cheerleaders and biggest support systems. Sonakshi paints a picture of a partnership where love and understanding are the foundation.

“Zaheer Has Sorted My Life So Much That I Depend On Him Too Much” – Says Sonakshi Sinha
But like most of us, she’s also aware of where she wants to grow. When asked about something she feels she could improve in herself, Sonakshi admitted with a giggle that she’s a little too dependent on Zaheer.
“I’m very dependent on him. One should be a little more independent. I feel like he has sorted my life so much that I depend on him too much, for the most random things. Like what nail color should I apply? But I just feel it’s better to be slightly more independent.”
The conversation took a fun turn when she was asked if she had seen that viral reel where a girl at the airport forgets to use her brain and leaves everything up to the guy. Sonakshi laughed in agreement.
“That’s me all the time. My brain just shuts down. I refuse to use my own brain because I feel so safe and protected when I’m with him.”
Now that’s the kind of love that sounds both romantic and adorable. When someone’s presence alone makes you feel like you can just breathe and let go for a bit, that’s special.
