“I don’t have FOMO. I have JOMO, the Joy of Missing Out. I’m very happy like that,” she said with a smile.
Sonakshi is comfortable in her own space. She’s not chasing clout, and she’s not bothered about showing up just for the sake of being seen.

She even shared a funny moment about how some award shows kept calling her even when she hadn’t done any major work.
“It’s funny, some award shows would keep calling me repeatedly, and I had to be like – ‘Why are you calling me? I didn’t even do anything last year. Don’t give me an award. When I do some good work, then give me one.'”

“I don’t want to step out unnecessarily. There are so many things happening every day. I don’t want to attend everything. I will go where I feel I should go. I will go if I’m close to a person. I’m not interested otherwise.”

“My me-time is family, my friends… I like to chill. I like to travel. There’s lots of life to be lived outside of work.”
